I apologize. It's been almost a month since I've posted. WOW!!!! A couple times I tried but alas, the internet we DO NOT pay for wasn't working yet again. So here I am and it's working FABULOUSLY (this rarely happens) so here I am. So here's my camping post. The women next to me are Sari and Rosie (Sari's mom). I got to talk to Rosie more than I EVER have before and it was GREAT getting to know her better. And Sari is my saving grace and talks to me while everyone else is in the water. (She would normally be out there with everyone else, but last year she had a new infant and this year she's pregnant. So she had to sit out most the time. YEA for me!) Camping is the big Jentzsch tradition. I discovered last year camping just isn't for me anymore. I like my comfortable bed. I like being clean. You just don't get these things in a tent. I love to see everyone, but I've discovered after a couple days I just can't handle the other stuff anymore. Last year was my first year. As I grew up in a family that included 5 sisters, my water adventures consisted mostly out of the water, laying out and trying to get tan. If I were to get in the water, it was just to float on top of something- and always on a still lake. Therefore my very first camping trip I was very surprised to find rocks instead of grass and my new inlaws jumping off waterfalls, racing through rapids, and trying to push each other off whatever they were floating on. It was not what I expected. So this year I was much better prepared and heard many times from Greg's cousins and aunt, "I'm surprised you came this year Megan!" Though I only lasted 3 days, they were good ones. It was SO good seeing everyone again.

I'm glad you lasted 3 days. I love you!!!
that is so funny about what you said about the water in our family- hahahah- that is consisted of laying on the grass to get a tan- hahaha- that is so how it was- and still is. i love us.
hahha I loved this post. You are so right. I usually just take dip in the water to cool off and quickly get back on my towel. I'm glad you had some company this time!
That is so funny-the description of boys camping and girls just trying to get tan. Who is Sari? I assume a relative of Gregs?
Megan this has got to be my favorite post! Camping for us has always been like this. It's the best way to go! You can get a tan while running around too! :)
love you guys! m.
