Ah, I am so tired. It's morning and I just had some brownies for breakfast. Scarlet's been sick the last two days and we have just not been sleeping. It's been pretty nasty. Puke on the couch, so many poopy undies and clothes to wash, but last night was the kicker. Middle of the night, I hear her screaming. I go running. I can tell, she's gonna barf. She always does the same thing. Cries and clenches her stomach- it's so sad- and then WAMMO- vomit. So she tells me she isn't going to puke and I keep trying to get her to hold the bowl and she wants me to hold her. So I do and she pukes for awhile and it all makes it in the bowl. Disgusting, but success. Then as we move to clean up, we realize she just went diarrhea all through her clothes, mine and the bed, while she was puking. YES!!!! More laundry. Middle of the night laundry. It just doesn't get better than that. I've been doing so much oozy gooey laundry the last 3 days!!!! And the smells. They just add to the whole experience :)

Anyway. I'm tired. I'm worried Brighton is getting sick because all he wanted to do was snuggle instead of play, this morning and now he's napping and usually he doesn't go down for another 3 hours. Round two for a different kid? Exciting!

It's 9:30 am. I am so tired. I'm going to try to nap, though I don't have much faith that's going to happen.
